Quoted posts being incorrectly referenced

When forming a reply that quotes another member, the quoted name is not being displayed correctly. For example:
Link to sample post

- displays this above the quoted text:

Is this a known problem?

As far as I am aware, I clicked the Quote button and typed below the last [ /QUOTE ] as usual. But if it happens again, I'll report back!

I believe I have found the problem. The quoted text was fine until I re-edited my post. It was at that point that it became corrupted.
