Thanks for the warning. I recently rebuilt an old Scott tube amplifier and watched videos and read a lot about safe work practices.
There are high-density capacitors in this amplifier. They need time to discharge after turning off. They may cause shock when soldering. A 470 ohm. to 1 k ohm.5 watt resistor can be used to quickly discharge them.
Received the parts today and will try to install them on the weekend.The cap could also go like this, where the two diodes connect to the tag strip and the black ground wire:
