Just a quickie, unscientific DIY test I did to compare low end response between the two 3" speakers.
Just knowledge sharing here. No response requested.
Enclosure size:
Radio Shack digital SPL meter about 3" / 90 degrees from center of speaker cone.
Lepai 2024 connected to my computer set at volume 12.
Identical volume/gain for both tests was used and tests were back-to-back.
This is NOT a maximum SPL test nor does it have anything to do with output capabilities. It's just a quick comparison of two speakers in an identical sized enclosure to compare low end response. The FaitalPRO was NOT expected to get as low as the NS3 nor is it designed to do so. I just wanted to see for myself the differences.

Aurasound NS3
