How do I know how much my toroid will be able to handle?
Basically, primary to secondary ratio = 1:2, centre tapped. 33khz switching frequency.
I'm not sure how big the core or enameled wire needs to be... is there a rough guide somewhere? I want around 250W really. 🙂

Transformer design, design, design, design, requires some amount of repetition. It begs for a spreadsheet.
Watch your units carefully... there at least 8 million different magnetic units... even the metric ones are screwed up.
Someday... there will one magnetic unit: the "Poo". Until then, have at it.
