I think that pot is for the over-current protection. I don't have any information on where it's supposed to be set. If no one else has that information, center it. If it shuts down under normal operating conditions, adjust it to be less sensitive.
I've tried to find some pics of the setting online and I have seen a few where it was just maxed out. I have an older earthquake 200dhc here which appears to have a similar drive circuit and it is centered so thats why I started there. When I received this amp in the pot was maxed out but it was also blown so you never know what somebody else did to it. Is it necessary to set the bias in this amp or am I getting that confused with class ab.
There's generally nothing that can be considered a bias adjustment in class D amps. There are a few that have deadtime controls that affect idle current but those are rare (I can't remember one at the moment).
