I presume that the rear chamber volume shown for a model should be used as is, without deducting the actual speaker's volume. Can someone confirm? thanks.
Not sure on this, but I think hornresp simulates speakers as flat circular discs. So the speaker volume must be taken into consideration.

Your presumption is correct.
As indicated in Note 5 on page 17 of the Hornresp Help file, the rear chamber volume is the effective enclosed air volume behind the driver diaphragm, including any space occupied by acoustical lining material but excluding port tube, driver magnet and chassis assemblies.
