Hello I am new to this mark audio forum. I had a couple of questions? I am looking at three models of paper cones from mark audio? Here are the three drivers.
1. CSS EL70
2. Chp-70-bp or Chp-70-p
3.Alpair 6P
Now has anyone tested or tryed any of these three drivers? What is the pros and cons to each driver? Also I hope mark from mark audio does not forget us paper cone fans and will add bigger sizes soon😕. So I can build a pair of pensils for me. They look really nice.

You mean CHP-70.2 or CHBW-70?
I have all 4. Except for doing the prodding that got DaveR to do a very good series XO for the CHBW & ERT26 i've done little so far with the CHBW -- i do intend to go ahead with the idea of a true 3-way with 5 CHBW +ERT26
My personal choice between A6p & EL70 would come down to use and available enclosure volume (budget also plays a small role).

Well I am looking at doing a small floor standing speaker with a rear port or slot. I also would use it for light t.v. and backround music duties. So its between the A6p and the EL70? I wonder if the alpair 6P will work with a smal floor standing speaker? Well my budget is of now is $160.00 for the drivers but, could be raised to $260.00? Time will tell. I hope this helps.

I believe I've heard all Mark's paper cone drivers available in North America, except the CHP-BW - some of them in a variety of enclosures, and while larger paper cone drivers are anticipated from Mark, there's no reason to wait - these are quite good.
Pros/cons? that could be a bit of a loaded question, as the CHPs were designed for different application than the CSSEL70 and Alpair6 - but I may as well give it a shot: long time readers won't be surprised that my favorite of this bunch is the EL70 - quite simply wider overall bandwidth and particularly more robust low end than the others. The Alpair6P is definitely more refined and detailed in the top octaves, and very well suited to near field / low level listening when unaided - with HP filtering and woofers XO in the upper hundreds, it's pretty hard to beat for the bucks.
So in the end, the answer to your question is based to your answers to some more questions related to application; - room size, anticipated volume levels/music type, speaker enclosure size constraints?
edit: seeing the last two posts, I'd suggest the EL70 - there are any number of floorstanding enclosures in which it works very well - 2 per side in something called the Castle MicroTower for example, or no doubt a simple monopole MLTL such as re-tuned Pensil.

Well lets see if I can answer the questions? Well the room I am going to use them in is 9.5 by 10. Well normal listening levels not trying to shake down the house. Music type everything my family listens too. A small (T.L.) or a port tower. I would like to go with a rear port. I hope this helps. Now for the pros and cons questions? It has to be very micro detailed for me. Very natural like the singers in the room. Nice mids and nice bass. I hope this helps.

Unless the bottom of your stand-mount is a cavity filled with sand, a floor-stander for the A6p is not advisable. ie you will note that there is no Pensil6p.
The EL70 has a number of small floorstanders already, and of course the sand-filled cavity can substitute for a stand on any standmount.
Your budget almost extends to getting a set of tricked out EL70eN (which includes plans for 2 small floorstanding variations on the Mar-Kel70)

Yes I was planning on filling the bottom half with sand. Also how much is a tricked out set of EL70en drivers?
