Question regarding faulty Dayton products

I ended up using a plunge router I had laying around. I just took a couple rounds, no measuring. I would just take a round, then try, take a round, then try. Eventually I got a perfect fit. The sound quality and power is incredible compared to what it was before.

I use rabbit bits to make the counter bore to flush mount a speaker.
Just use a hole jig to make the mounting through hole first.
My rabbet bit has bearings that go up 1/32" each step, so 1/16" increments in diameter.
It is the most useful bit I have discovered since a flush cutting bit.
If anyone does not know what they are I strongly suggest that you google them.
Amazon has them.
