question:How to build How to build music player with tda1543 use rapspberry pi B+?

I want to build music player with raspberry pi B+ and volumio OS use tda 1543
I have try connect pi and 1543 in I2S.
And set I2S in genetic in volumio
But it doesn't work!!
Does any one knows how to do it.
Use raspbian is OK
Please write more detail.
I am new in diyaudio.

Use hifiberry driver instead.
