Question for DIY-ers in Hong Kong

Chaps in HK - where do you go for PCB fabrication shops (something like PCB express ?) thats DIY friendly and not just catering for 1000+ orders ?

I found this one : Long Tech(HK)Ltd but it looks like theirs is milling machine based and not etched so it looks pretty rough....

Any ideas ?

Not quite HK but these people do a good job very quickly and they do small quantities at a good price.
