Question boZ zehner diode D101

If i build bride of ZEN , is there any disadvantage to use a 10V zehner diode instead of 20V between gate and source? (D101) I have 10V at my hand, not 20V. Wich kind of effect my occure?

No disadvantage. Be certain to use a 220 ohm or so
Gate resistor on the Mosfet.

This Gate restistor, isn´t it 100r , R106 ?
Or is there no difference if there´s used 220 or 100r, i think of noise from the resistor, i thougt the higher the r the higher the noise.
