I am going to get the MG06 YAMAHA for the two speakers that I have ( VSA12BT VONYX 800W POWERED ). How would I connect my laptop to the mixer so I can be able to play sound from it? And what cable connectors would I need?

It would be helpful in the future, Kostas, if you were to provide links to the items so that we don't have to give up precious time searching for them ourselves.
I've found this link: https://www.skroutz.gr/s/31628189/A...axial-Toslink-USB-A-female-se-RCA-female.html
ENGLISH TRANSLATION: ANDOWL digital-to-analogue audio converter with bass and volume control. The ANDOWL converter offers a wide range of connectivity options (USB, Coaxial, Optical).
You still have to connect your laptop to this device via a USB cable to the USB input. The L/R output connects to a mixer or amplifier.
The USB input and RCA output connections are clearly shown in the attached image.

Note that the Andowal device requires a USB-A to USB-A cable for connection to a laptop.
I'm not sure what you mean by "how will it work?". This device converts the digital music signal from inside your laptop to an analogue music signal which it then sends to a mixer, amplifier or active speaker.
You could always extract an analogue signal direct from the headphone output of the laptop, but the above method ensures a high quality of analogue signal.
