Q about "Cool Follower"
in the pic... which transistors to the o/p and for the driver ??
and can i connect a NE5532 opamp for the input and the amp will work good?

quality in a "Cool Follower 99"
how the audio quality in the "Cool Follower 99"???
how can i get more power in 4 ohm?

how amp so much simple to work good ??!
have to be a something "****" in the amp...
if i up the volt to 60V+- and more O/p transistors... can i get high power in 4 ohm?

*how amp so much simple *can* work good??!
have to be a something *defective* in the amp...
sorry about the mistakes...

"designed by Andrea Cuiffoli original and never seen design"
This design is very common in opamps and especially current feedback! I can agree to that the design is not very common in power amps. One of the reasons may be the uneffeciency. The current amplification isn't so high. I have also doubts about the thermal stability 😕

Don't forget that this is not a complete power amp, only the last output stage.GMS said:how amp so much simple to work good ??!

The folower that is "cool"...
Yes it will work ...but don't forget that the voltage rails of the NE5532 are +-22volts...so the output stage will not be drived to full output...as your output stage doesn't have voltage gain!

i can put a resistors.... like 600Ohm 3W ... can i to the NE5532?
can i us this amp for a PA ?
and what the capacitors do in the input ??? - thay must be ?
but i dont believe that this amp will work good.... is can ?
because is so simple....

this amp can us for PA ??
and to on the ne5532 on 45V+- can i us in power resistor...
the 380 Ohm and the caps is obliged ??

if i build amp like this... how much power can i get with a
36~0~36VAC 1500VA on 4-2 Ohm loudspeaker.?
36~0~36VAC 1500VA on 4-2 Ohm loudspeaker.?
I am looking for a push-pull unity gain power amp with good sonic quality and small idle current (Class AB). Is this a good topology or are there other circuit topologies with better results?![]()
