Has anyone used these with the horse hair wedding taken out
If so,what did you find best,in or out

It aids in damping the membrane. Don,t take it out. It is part of the design unless you want a resonant peak

The warding in the back of mine is a mess
Anything else you can use?

You can take it down to a fabric shop and layer some felt to build up whats needed or
