I reflowed all the solder joints at the panels. Many seemed to be a bit crusty but in the end it does not seem to have made a difference. The red LED is flashing rapidly however. Does that indicate a faulty panel?
Every flash means the interface is supplying Charge to the panels, so you have a leak, or a short from diaphragm to stator.
You would also be able to hear and see a short of you had one, so you likely have a bad leak on one or more panels.

If that neon bulb is flashing quickly, you have a panel problem. Sorry to hear it and welcome to the club... 🙁
