I just picked up a Philips (Holland) QB4/1100
What would be a good sounding OP in triode?

After studying this datasheet here: http://r-type.org/pdfs/qb4-1100.pdf
Maybe not good in triode as the the 'knee' in the graphs only flattens out at anode 1.5kv plus...

But I have to try it. Lol
I'll start with 600V , 400ma, swing the grid from 0V to -100V (-50V idle) to give me anode swing of 400V PP
How can you not have one of these in your amplifier?
😂😂
