Q:Transformer tray inductance measurement

Hi!
There has been a lot of talk on how to measure
the stray capacitance of a transformer but there's
a bit I cant find.
If the transformer has two secondary windings then
when measuring one, should the other secondary
be shorted?

In a single word, No. If you short a winding, any winding, it will affect the reading.

I'm not sure, but it may be useful to load both winding to there nominal power.
