PV6 static problem

I'm trying to repair my Peavey PV6 USB mixer. There is static in the left channel only, accompanied by very slight hum that can be seen on the led meter. I can see it on the scope on pin 14 of U23. I've swapped out some of the caps, C231 & C232 were swollen, and checked some of the resistors.
I tried to upload schematic, but the file was over the limit.

Noise is more likely a semiconductor, in this case an op amp.

I replaced 2 op amps (4580) with the same results.

Since you have the schematic, determine where in the circuit the noise comes from. Is it before or after the main fader? and so on. I don't know which two op amps you replaced.
