PV-4C running warm

Got a Peavey PV-4C in that is running warm to hot at idle.
Bias across emitter resistors is at 75mv which seems high.
No spec for bias on schematic and all components check OK
but am questioning the thermal diodes.
Has anyone else run into this problem?
