Putting it on the wall...and I'm stuck.Help.

I have decided to do this simply:

I am building a box that is bolted to the wall. The elmo 305sd then
drops into it so it will be pointed at the other wall(elmo on its side).
The arm can swing up or down, but has the 90 degree reflector removed.
I will reduce the light leak later.

My question is this:
How do I attach my cornea to the front? How much space do I need?
I will not be splitting fresnels at this point. I can add fans.

I would set it up exactly like as it would be if it was set up normally (gravity holding the LCD down), maybe use velcro (lots of it) to hold the LCD and controller to the top (now the side) of the OHP.
