Gives
Voltage GATE-SOURCE ( VGS ) for a specific DRAIN CURRENT ( ID )
And for both the NMOS and the PMOS transistor.
Perfect for see approximately what values your transistors will have
at an idle Current in your PUSH-PULL Output Stage.
This setup used 5 Ampere and 20 Volt DRAIN-SOURCE.
So this is something what these EXICON Lateral
will have for VGS at 100 Watt per devices!

honestly I don't see any benefit in a push-pull VGS-tester compared to the usual source-follower, would you enlighten me?
