With such a low voltage supply I would recommend you to use Q5 and Q6.
All the values can remain as reported by me, as a first trial.
If you really want to try without Q5 and Q6, you can use R2=2.5K Ohm, while R4 can be 2.4KOhm + 200 Ohm trimmer.
This trimmer will be used to minimize the output voltage offset.

How are these compared to chip opamp like lm4562,opa2134?
me too i am looking to replace output opamp of dac (topping d10).
i was looking at building a «salas dcg3» for the purpose, but it was not made to replace op amps. Does not mean it would sound/work bad though.
BTW,is not that a Curl 2 style design..?
