FYI the x360.2 has been running at 50% power for almost 24 hrs on the bench with no issues. Ended up redoing the bias as it was idling pretty high. Interestingly I see no visible crossover distortion on the scope even with the bias fully "off".
If you go up to 20kHz, you're more likely to see distortion at low levels but sometimes it's still clean there at minimum bias.
Good to know! I have another X360.2 that was originally part of a two package deal, one went to my nephew who blew it up and hence this thread, and one into my off road vehicle.

Another cool fact, the X360.2 is 80% efficient at full output into 8 ohms. Not realistic (most loads are 4 ohms or less), but still impressive for a class AB of it's era.
