New project on building a PT for 100W 2555 Marshall Silver Jubilee.

Please check my calculations and transformer spec's on image below.

Suggest way how to wind transformer...

If you have an older type hand drill, count the gearing turns, mine does 4 - 1, (4 turns on the chuck to 1 turn on the handle). Mount the drill in a vice on your work bench and fashion a bobbin holder for the chuck. Now you can accurately count the turns. Eg. 100 turns of the handle is 400 winds. Old school but I have used it for years.

Actually friend of mine have coli winding machine, so that's not the problem.

I'm more interested in calculations, have i the exact values, how to set up layers of windings etc...
