Psvane Cv181 Tii in Icon Audio Amplifier

Anyone tried this tube with an Icon Audio amplifier ?

If so did you experience any problems?

I've tried that tube in a preamp and I did not like it. That was several years ago (but not the II version). It went microphonic. Probably a quality control issue. It happened after the warranty ran out so I couldn't just return it. I won't buy PSVane black treasure tubes again. Too expensive for what you get. Not what you wanted to hear I expect...

OTOH, I do like Shuguang black treasure tubes. Highly recommended! Their CV-181T is rock solid and sounds excellent.

Yea I have a couple of the black treasures in my tube processor, they sound good.
