I'm in need of some good idea's 🙂
Well, basically I'm searching for a high power supply for my 41hz Amp2....
So, a friend who's having a PA-rental service had an accident with one of his amps.... They run the 230V amp from 400V
(they're not technicians anyway...). Hehe, the transformator survived, it's a huge toroid with 2x 55VAC.
Has anyone some suggestions loosing ~20VDC so that I may use this one for my Amp2. I'm searching for an elegant way, so a mod of the transformator is a no-no.
'thinking of some kind of high power regulation...? But at this voltage/amperage ?
Ideas?

Well I would unwind few turns and see what I would get.You can do the same to get your voltage.
