i have a psone lcd and the ffc cable got torn a little it cut 3 of the wires apart but if you pinch them they will connect. my ? is does anyone know how i can fix thoes 3 little wires so they toutch again? thanks in advanced

If you can post a pic it will help. If it's a standard size/pitch ffc, you can probably get a replacement; however, based on what you described I'd try to solder it. If you don't have much experiance soldering small things, you should probably try to find someone else to do it for you.
Your repair depends on what is broken.
If the mylar ribbon cable is torn, you MAY be able to skin back some of the trace and build a solder bridge, or solder a small wire onto the trace. But, be very careful, you could also melt it beyond hope.
If it is pulled away from the lcd, again you may solder it, or if it is connected directly to the silver trace on the LCD glass, then you have bigger problems. In this case, you would need anisotropic z-axis tape to bond the ribbon cable to the glass. (this is tape which is conductive in the z-axis only). But, you have to make sure to get the right tape that is compatible with the small gap spacing, sometimes 50 microns in size.
good luck.
