JM Fahey is also erratic.

My internet woes are a little reduced, for this site, using Opera. Firefox takes too long

This site works slowly in Opera, and not at all in Firefox. No idea why.

Liked PRR's contributions very much.
It seems there was some noise on the line recently.
That happens.
Takes a serious time before the lines are repaired, if at all.
Know that. By the numbers.

I am using Tor right now,, it works, sort of, by giving a different location from the real one, as a privacy measure.
Android says site security error, will not open home page.
Other sites work fine.

So this could be one of many agencies involved, from hosting server to IP service to final provider at my end.

I was thinking just now that I hadn't seen any PRR postings for a while, I hope he hasn't gone silent key. A lot of us pop in and out infrequently as I do myself, but a lot the old hands are hanging up their soldering iron for good, which I find immensely sad. Ce la vie an all that, but I miss the odd post of long standing members like PRR, he was always succinct but bang on, clever bloke.

Anyhoo, if your out there old chap, I hope your in good fettle as we say in England, Andy.
