look at this time i looking for a paper Malleable for fit to the shell.
other important propiety is the reflectance , the most possible to a perfect mirror surface.

It is interesting to note You have two focal lengths to watch
1) focal distance between virtual focus in the ellipsoidal mirror .
in this for know distance focal distance divide (distance between focus) / 2 = and get distance focal in the system .
2) Another important topic is the distance between lcd vs focal plane of triplets.
Both factors are similar but can play with these . in order to get a better use of light.
