I have upgraded my Sharp QA-1150 based projector to a 15" lcd and new optics. I got the lcd, a Slimage 710A, from ebay. It was sold AS-IS for $29, so I took a chance. Worked perfectly. 😀 I had to extend one FFC by 6".

Sorry, no. I didn't take any when I upgraded, and now it's hanging from the ceiling. I can tell you that I used a spherical bowl reflector for the light and covered the inside of the light area with flashing. The ballast and PC power supply are mounted on a small shelf on the back of the PJ. I cut frames from mdf for the lcd and fresnels. Since these fit exactly to the interior, centering the lcd and lenses in the frames centered them in the box, which lined everything up nicely. For the top, I made a piece with a lip around it that simply sits on top of the box and is easily removed.
