There are 3x things you can do:
Increase the throw distance (move pj further from screen)
Increase LCD size (hardly practical)
Decrease FL of triplet (e.g. buy a new one unless you're pretty handy...)
Quin.

Most people want a smaller image, not a bigger one...the Lumenlabs triplet is on the razor-edge of usability for a behind-the-couch setup. At 12 feet the image will fill a typical wall from the floor to the ceiling. Some people don't have that much space, or would like a brighter image.
any more help on a bigger image......... would it be that cus i have to put my lens inside my box to get it bigger will the hole need to be bigger
The position of the triplet will make a difference in image size, but its not something you can move about without changing throw distance. If you keep the throw distance the same and just move the triplet closer the LCD it'll go out of focus.
If you have a long enough throw distance you will get to the point at which the lens needs to be inside the box, try it out, if the hole is too small it'll be very obvious 😀

You can use a mirror after your triplet 😉 at 45 degrees to increase the throw distance, the farther you put the mirror = bigger mirror you'll need
You'll have to turn your LCD to have the right side image in your screen
If is a common mirror you may see a ghosted image (make a try with your bathroom mirror as I did 😉 ), if you use a Front Surface Mirror you will see any ghost image but it's more expensive
