Hi Tomi,
Mezzo used this driver lower down on this thread ( pics of my peerless xls)
Also I,ve chatted about this driver in "doubling drivers/spl gains" lower down aswell. (I've not heard it though, but did get some opinions on it)

Here are some other sites where they use the XLS & Sealed enclosure.

Hi,
i've built one sub with the XLS-12 until now. It's a XLS-12 with 2 XLS-10 passive radiators. For the other I already have the units and the MDF, but not yet the time to build it.
This combination goes veeeeery low. I use an IGBT-amplifier capable of 292W RMS at 4 Ohms, and I've heard nothing like this before.
That's why I've bought 2 XLS-12CW's for my car. They will be used in a bassreflex-box, driven by a Phase Linear Opus 1.
This one will be finished next weekend. When the setup is ready, I'll 'review' the set, and I can tell about the differences when using passive radiator and bassreflex. (If anyone wants to know!)
The XLS-10/12 are both very good for active-corrected closed box (because of the large Xmax and high power rating), but I haven't heard that yet 🙁

Even thought its a year later theres no reason not to post!.
I am getting two XLS10, the supplier having difficutly atm with supplying them, something to do with D-S-T not delivering on time, but who know or cares really. But im gonna be using them in a sealed cab and with active EQ to make em flat to about 40hz. If you try for anything better yo run out of Xmax pretty fast.
Ill report how this sounds, oh these are replacing my 850146's which are sealed atm, in an approx 66 litres cab.
