There isn't a problem until you start hearing them speak to you and they tell you to do bad things.

It's only a problem when you're bidding against me on eBay. But we have dissimilar tastes so it doesn't look like a problem to me.
One thing is for sure, buying broken old school amps from eBay aint cheap. In fact its pretty ridiculous.

All of the above. I listen to Soundstream. Currently I cant decide if I like the D200 or the CA 6.0 better. Love collecting ZED and 'weird' stuff. Fix everything else for re-sale. My wife thinks I'm going insane.

Currently for listening to headphones (Meze Empyrean and Abyss 1266 TC), I have tried many amps.. then one day I said "hmm, I'm gonna pull that old Kicker amp I loved so much out of the closet and see what happens"
Long story short, I prefer that old KX200.4 over a Benchmark AHB2 and a long laundry list of expensive headphone amps for listening to headphones 🙂
