i have a problem with my hifonics brutus bxi 1100d.after output fet failure,the gate signal of one high side bank is not clean and the fets get hot(the two with the heatsink).the other high side and the other both low side gates are ok.i replaced the fets,the gate resistor,the hip4080,the lm393 left of the hip4080,the lm833 and the 6,2v zener diode"ZD1".this diode gets relatively hot,about 100 degrees.on another amp its only 50 degrees

What's the DC voltage on terminals 6 and 7 of the 4080?

the original outputs were irf3710 but i tried it with irf1310n.same result.
DC voltages:black probe at pin4,red probe at:
pin 6: 6,4v
pin7: 6,9v

I'd try testing the drive with no outputs installed.
The IRF3710 never worked for me, even though that was the original part number. When I was working, the IRF3710Z (<< Z is critical) was the only FET that worked universally in 4080 based amps.
If the drive is perfect with no outputs, I'd suspect the FETs.
