problem with tda8954th

hi friends
i made a pcb for tda 8954th according to datasheet ,the sound there is , but the coils and IC very quickly be hot!
even there is not any input signal! why?
for 3-6 ohm speakers should be 15uh coils and 680nf capacitor (series to gather to ground)
vcc & vss is +-40 volts.

one important not is:for -+40 volt supply the inductance that mentioned at the datasheet is wrong!it should be about 50uh not 15-22! if use inductance below 40uh that will be very hot!
i winding that myself with 0.75mm diameter wire @ 55 turns .
