I'm starting my Aleph30 but I'm having problem. I have 4A fuses in serie with each 25V supplies but they burn...
I tried to supply the circuit with a +/-25V supply Current limited to 3A but the supply just enter current limiting. From the circuit, each Power FET should only sink 0.5A X 3 Fets= 1.5A supply per supply.
Here the schematic. Can you spot what I'm doing wrong?
Also I modified the input to have only RCA single ended. Is it ok too?

Check your R137. If you go to the Pass Labs website you can find the schematic. You may need to change that to 68K and add the 220uf. cap. Good luck.

your 8k7 (R137) is ok. This is what happens when you parallel 68k and 10k like when using an Aleph30 unbalanced.
Have you tried the power supply without the amp connected? If your fuse still blows something in the power supply is wrong, if not something in the amp is wrong (as far as I can see the schematic is ok)

It looks from the schematic that the fuses are after capacitor bank and before the amp. If this is true it means that PS is OK and amp draws more than 4 A. Did you try 6A fuses. I don't think it would hurt at this point anyway.
You might also try to reduce R114 to decrease the bias and see what happens.
Also if the fuse on primary doesn't blow it means that PS is fine.

PS is ok and fuse 8A burn up resistors
The power supply is fine. I'm doing my testing now with a laboratory power supply. I increased the fuses rating to 8A then I blew up some resistors and one IFR240. I double check the circuit three time and found no problem. Is there a procedure to start up the amp? I tought to unplug all IFR240 and first keep only the differential stage at the input. Then connect just one set of FR240. Will it work?
Can I expect only 0.5A of supply with just one set of IFR240?

I double check the circuit three time and found no problem. Is there a procedure to start up the amp? I tought to unplug all IFR240 and first keep only the differential stage at the input. Real nice metal work! Looking at the terminals to the left side, I was wondering if you by any chance are an electrician?
If you blew an output transistor and resistor, you might have an short to ground somewhere. This happened to me once, because of an small solder blob. Try to inspect the boards with an magnifying lens.
