Hi to all
I’m building my proyector
with a HQI 250W lamp, a 3m 6100 panel
but I have a problem with the mirror
because the image projected on the wall is not clear
….infact I can see an image with perfect colors
and 2 other image not very clear around everyting projected…..
I use a 13”x13” mirror in the upper part of the projector
…..I know that is the mirror because I have tried to look my hand
with another one in my bathroon with a 45° inclination and I have seen the same shadows ….. so What kind of mirror I have to buy???
Thanks
Matteo

Edmund Optics has some nice commercial quality first surface mirrors that will improve picture quality. The prices arent bad at all (remember your buying one piece, you can find them cheaper but you'll have to order more then one) Just remember you dont need a 13x13" piece. Raise the mirror off the LCD a little and the higher you go the smaller the glass will have to be. You can use graph paper to figure out exactly how big the mirror needs to be at certain distances depending on the focal length of your top fresnel.
