i have a sony explode in dash single cd palyer . now the problem is that even though the player is designed to take shocks it skips at every bump it find s on the road. well is there something i can do .. i have tried tweaking the suspension and all. but in vain please help.

Often the best and simplest remedy for such things is to change the mounting angle. Even a couple of degrees has worked wonders in some cases I have seen.
