Problem with hifonics bxi 1100d

Hello. I am the owner of hifonics bxi 1100d, the problem is that the green LED is off. It lights red and then goes out at this point the amplifier should go into standby but nothing else happens after checking there is no voltage at tip41c. There is no diagram for this amplifier but the construction is similar to the bx1500 model, no voltage on Q100, so there is no relay control

Do you have rail voltage?

So the voltage on the rail is about 12.5v

Where are you measuring the rail voltage? It should be about 70v.

Is the power supply functioning?

There are currently no soldered transistors, but when the voltage was 60v and it was symmetrical

The power supply gets 12.5v per socket. After switching on, the protect diode will light for a moment and then go out and none of them will be lit.

The 4080 amps rarely use symmetrical power supplies for the rail voltage. The regulated voltage for the preamp is symmetrical but nowhere near 70v.

Doesn't the Q100 regulator get it's supply voltage from the switching power supply?

The power supply FETs have to be in the circuit for voltage to be generated there.

So without transistors there will be no voltage on Q100? Earlier it seemed to me that without transistors there was voltage there, for some time the diodes lit normally, but then they went out and since there is no voltage there

What's the DC voltage across the Zener?

That's high. Post the DC voltage on all terminals of Q100.

Desolder one terminal of R29C and confirm that it's within tolerance.
