Yes I think this part that burnt works as a voltage regulator idk what it's called? If I replace just that part could that fix amp or can I delete it?
The parts reading 0.2 ohms are all defective and would need to be replaced. It's possible the FETs in the other power supply survived but they rarely survive. You'd need to check the FETs on the other side. These transistors are the power supply FETs. The ones connected to the white ceramic resistors are the output transistors.
I wanted you to check the output transistors to see if any were shorted. Many times, a shorted output transistor is the reason the PS fails (destroys the PS FETs).
