I can't post it. It's an Hertz HDP5. If someone has it and can post it, that would be nice.
Aren't the parts in question R27x and C20x? There are 4 caps, you should be able to read at least one.
I found the attached. The values are different but the circuit is similar.

The capacitors are 160V 1uF and with 250V 470nF in series (I was able to remove enough burnt glue from one to identify the capacitor). I will use 10ohm resistors, that is consistent with all the examples I have seen. Thanks again!

The repair was successful using 10ohm 3W resistors(KNP3WSJB-73-10R) and 470nF capacitors(ECW-F2474JAQ).
