This amp came with 4 bad bipolar caps 10uf. I replaced with 2 22uf. Amp comes on and relays clicks. But as soon I give signal the relay starts to go off and on cycle. There is good output signal on one pin of relay. I tried to force relay to come on but then Amp tries to pull current and goes into protect. All the output mosfets have good gate oscillations.

Are you sure that the two electrolytics and the film cap near the relay are within tolerance?

Yes they seems to be good.

Did you pull them and check them for capacitance and leakage?

Yes I pulled and checked them they test good.

If you make the positive speaker connection before the relay, do you get constant, clean audio?

Yes before the relay it have clean audio in the speaker.

Are you saying that the relay will remain engaged if the speaker is connected before the relay but not if it's connected to the speaker terminals?

I connected speaker before relay and it sounds good but relay keeps going on and off. Relay not staying on.

Do you see a lot of carrier noise on the speaker?

Is there any DC offset across the speaker?

Is the amp starving for voltage/current?

One 10uf cap was bad after changing it, relay coming on with good output signal on speaker terminals.
