I'm talking about a conventional preamplifier, with a phono stage built in, and also with a active crossover integrated on his output.
about the multi channel integrated amp with phono stage and active crossover (in that case a DSP) I only know, Trinnov, there's others?
One of the main issues with active crossovers done in analog circuitry is that the crossover frequencies are hard to make variable without 4 or 6 gang pots with good tracking, so the circuit is bound to a fixed set of crossover frequencies, ie specific to a particular loudspeaker.
This suggests the active crossover comes with the speaker, not the preamp.

Right now I use a minidsp as a preamp. It has one analog and 3 digital inputs and all the outputs I need. There are models in the range with Dirac room correction as well. But they are not super cheap when you add those features.
One thing that would be nice is a standard enclosure for preamp + ancilliary circuitry - share the connectors, power supply, plugin modules for whatever you want. Its been done but only proprietry I think...
It's DIY only really, but a miniDSP miniSHARC could sit nicely at the centre to do the heavy lifting.
