I am thinking about throwing together a few gainclones and I need a pre-amp. Well...I am planning on building one..in the future..but I was wondering if this woud work for now. I am currently running a panasonic dvd player with optical out...to a behringer ultra curve 31 band EQ...out of that..I am running a behringer headphone amp. Now I was wondering if I could take one of my headphone outputs...and use that for a temporary preamp. The amp is supposed to be able to put out over 24dBm....which should be sufficient to drive the amp(s)...right???
