I'll post up as much as I legally can, cos the circuit is part of a company's new amplifier project that I am currently modifying and testing.

I essentially incorporated a speaker relay cutoff circuit from this source:

However, I took out D1 and C1, and connected it directly to the 12V bridge rectifier I had in the circuit already.
