Preamp driving multiple loads

I have a tube amps with input impedance of 100K and a MiniDSP for my subs with input impedance of 10K.
When calculating the coupling capacitor for the output of a preamp, does the pre see these as a combined load like a pair of parallel resistors, or as induvial loads?

If the loads are connected in parallel to the source, then I assume they would form a combined load like a pair of paralleled resistors.

I would also think that since the MiniDSP has an input impedance of 10k ohms, that is going to be the most important in defining the load.
100k * 10k/100k + 10k = 9.09k
