Preamp board suggestions for Hypex UCD3XMP module

Hello to all.

I’m looking for preamp board suggestions, assembled or in kit form, to drive a Hypex UCD34MP module.

Source is a MiniDSP 2x4 unbalanced, which has a maximum output of 0.9v. According to the datasheet, the Hypex module needs 2,5v for maximum power and requires a maximum input impedance of 7K ohms, but a lower value is preferred. I could not find the actual input impedance value for the UCD3XMP modules. Inputs are unbuffered and DC coupled.

I’ve been searching Aliexpress and eBay for the past few days without much success.

It’s a minefield: very hard to gauge the product quality without full specifications and most boards I could find don’t have any output impedance values listed. Random component quality. Lots of intellectual property issues.

On the upside, buying an assembled board for a reasonable price would be great.

Any suggestions?

Thank you in advance.

Hey, thank you for the suggestion. It seems to be a great option for my needs.
Do you have any experience with the MBL6010D clones? I found some with the original AD797 opamp.

Haven't seen that one. I did see the other preamp listings, but the JC2 clone preamp was liked
by the original designer (John Curl).
