Pre amp reccomendations

Anyone have reccomendations for a pre-amp build to match up with Aleph J, tube or SS, i dont mind

B1 with Korg Triode, tube preamp. The store sells a full kit with enclosure, matches well with Aleph J and M2x.

I see korg has 24v rail voltage, i have an old tx rated at 25v ac secondry (aprox 30v dc,) can i use it?

after rectifier and filtering, put 7824 and that's it

ZM sent me a completed unit. The autoformer for volume to me is magic. I get involved ( foot tapping as some have said) listening to the music and it is non fatiguing. It also is a great headphone amp. I do plan to build another in the future with a custom wood chassis.

Good point - maybe normal chassis with wood front plate
