I am building a project with components from different suppliers.
The goal is a monophonic 3-way box, with the lowest being a sub-woofer.
I am using pre-amplifier board whose input is standard RCA - Signal and Ground.
It splits the signal into two bands like a crossover, - sub-woofer and mid/high.
The two outputs are also two-conductor RCA jacks.
Here is my problem. From here I want to drive one power amp from each output. Except, the amps, even though they are mono amps are configured for three signal input.
No combination of connecting the two channel output to the power amp produces any signal, just some occasional hissing in certain combinations.
And yes, I have tested the power amps with direct input and they work fine.
