Hey can anyone direct me to a site that sells onboard amps? I'm looking at building a few subs with this driver,
Ryda Car Audio - JBL GTO1514 15" Car Subwoofer($194.85)
I just wanted to know if it'd be any where near as economical as building them passive and getting one big amp to power them
Cheers in advance

many sell "plate amps" specifically to attach to bass speaker cabinets.
They usually have extra EQ & filters to dial in the bass response needed.

Ok thanks I'm searching for plate amps now, I'm familiar with a fair bit of audio gear but I wasn't even sure what onboard amps are called!
Cheers djk How would these amps run in a pro sound application? i.e. full power for extended periods..
